Under property valuation consultancy, we offer advisory services for individual properties and portfolio valuations for different bases such as financing, investment, sale, accounting and insurance. We undertake valuations of all property types including residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, recreational and agricultural properties. Bowpark Realtors is experienced in asset inventory and tagging for institutions for book purposes. We also assess values of movable assets including office furniture and fittings, vehicles, plant and machinery.
Bowpark also undertakes feasibility studies and market surveys to advice clients on the most feasible development options based on location, budget, market dynamics, client risk appetite among other considerations. We also undertake assessment of optimal market rents for both landlords and tenants based on market requirements to aid effective decision making.
Bowpark offers a competitive edge in mass appraisal particularly Re-settlement Action Plans (RAPs) in line with international standards on social safeguards and national laws as per clients requirements to ensure that any person affected by a public project is compensated fully. We execute assessment of land, property and other assets for budgeting purposes prior to implementation of large scale projects. We are highly skilled at assessment of financial claims of persons affected by the project including claims for compensation for land, buildings, loss of business, trees and crops while incorporating the relevant provisions of the law.
In property management, we manage tenants and properties on behalf of landlords to deliver value for investments.
